Terms & Conditions

Nest Design offers interior design consultations, concept development, space planning, 3D visualizations, and full-service project execution. All services are described on our website and in individual proposals; any custom services will be detailed in writing before commencement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with reasonable notice to clients. Continuation of services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Clients must provide accurate project requirements, site measurements, budgets, and any relevant documentation in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees.

Clients agree to review and approve designs, proposals, and deliverables promptly. Delays in approval beyond agreed timelines may incur extra charges or rescheduling fees.

All fees for design services, consultations, and renderings are set forth in our written proposal or package details. Unless otherwise agreed, an initial 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery of final designs.

Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in the proposal. Late payments incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.

All original design concepts, drawings, 3D models, and deliverables remain the property of Nest Design until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use designs for the specified project only.

Nest Design retains the right to display project photographs, renderings, and outcomes in our portfolio, marketing materials, and on our website, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information, proprietary materials, and project details strictly confidential. Confidential information may only be used for purposes of fulfilling the project obligations.

This obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and remain in effect for five (5) years from the date of disclosure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nest Design’s total liability for any claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nest Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of use.

Either party may terminate services for material breach of these Terms, provided written notice is given and the breach remains uncured for ten (10) days after receipt of notice.

Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Nest Design may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
